Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hi,

I just started with power apps, I need to reproduce this scenario:

1) For each contact add 'categorized' information
2) Link a 'category' to each user
3) In the contact form (model-driven app) display only the contact 'category' data of the same 'category' of the user who opened the form

I read about business units but as far as I understand, data is not shared with each other, so a contact assigned to business unit A is not visible in business unit B but I need every user to be able to see all the contacts.
