Hello all,
I have custom entity, where we are introducing some new choice fields that also have a related notes field for each choice field. The user should add additional related notes data, we want to be able to prompt the user what to enter almost like a check list but they dont need to check anything off/guidance as such.
Depending on type of record/template they pick for the record, the notes prompts should change.
I have a average solution for it, but its ugly
Is there something more elegant than this like control or panel that appears out to side with prompts??
Some other pointers
1) Using description field on the notes input field doesn't work as we would like prompts to be displayed on the form and we need to change prompts based on user or template they select.
The layout isnt great and using a memo field (label hidden) as prompts also not fab.
Just wondering if there is something like assistant I should be using
FYI they use customer workspace but dont use scripts when taking calls
