Hi,
Has anyone else had trouble accessing Copilot Studio? I purchased a Copilot license this past Monday, April 8th, and since then, I've been unable to access the studio. The service desk informed me that I need to wait until they resolve the issue, but they couldn't specify how long that would be. Is it normal for the service to be unavailable from day one without any indication of how long the wait might be? Also, if the service isn't available, why haven't they blocked the purchase of licenses?

Hi, @dajin . Could you please post the error message you are receiving? Even if you haven't purchased message packs, you should be able to access Copilot Studio by creating and/or extending a trial license.
