Hi everyone,
I am trying to build an agent to automatically move email in the right folder and I am having issue with the "move email (V2)" action
For the test, i have sent to myself an email with test written in subject and body and i have added this sentence "If this email, is a test email, use the action "Move email (V2)" to move the email the folder "Autres"" in the agent general instructions.
When I launch the test (with "test trigger"), i get this error :
Error Message: The connector 'Office 365 Outlook' returned an HTTP error with code 404. Error Code: ConnectorRequestFailure Conversation Id: 12bbae8c-ea3e-4f62-9c0f-c6e289557aa4 Time (UTC): 2025-03-31T12:48:46.011Z

And my connection works to send an email and the status is OK in "Manage connections"

Do you have the same issue? Is this a bug?

Actually I have managed to solve this issue with the support, they had more detailled log than i had and it told than the folder did not exist even though it really existed.
Turns out it does not work with sub-folder of the inbox, it has to be a folder at the root!

Action "Move email (V2)" - ConnectorRequestFailure
It seems that the connector cannot connect to my outlook account even thought access is open so it never get to enter inputs so it is not even a problem of message id or outlook existing rule already moving my email (i wish it would have been easier to debug...)

You suggesting swapping to the old UI, how do you do that on an action in Copilot Studio?

Any chance at all, that you have a rule that is moving the email to another folder before this can do it?

I would say.. if you can go to the run (where it failed), but swap to the old ui. Look at the outputs of the trigger. Make sure that the message id there matches correctly the value in your Move email v2 inputs also make sure of the folder too.
