Here i need to create table in dataverse using api so can anyone help me out on this.
Even i hav refer documents, but not able to get clarity on that passing values at the end.

What do you mean by not getting clarity on passing values? Do you have a sample request and response that is failing?

Which values are you referring to, is it metadata properties of table or for column?

Here the thing is i want to create table using api.
if you will need to follow exactly the sample there and adapting to your needs. Creating and updating table definitions with Web API (as you can see) involves the use of several ComplexType attributes.
It's not a common requirement to be able to create tables using Web API, I would double check if this is really what are you looking for
The thing i have one excel based on the excel data it should create dataverse table with all column name.
for the columns there are tools like Attribute Factory inside XrmToolBox to assist you on that, for the tables I am not aware of a tool
The main thing i was not getting idea to use api to create tables in dataverse.
