Hi there! I’m new here and am trying to develop a simple email tone analyzer copilot using Microsoft copilot studio. My copilot analyzes draft emails and provides revised versions using a set of standards and guidelines to compose professional and friendly emails. I’m running into issues where the character input message limit only allows me to analyze short emails. I need to analyze emails over 4000 characters long. Can someone suggest a solution or work around?

I realize we could use the Microsoft 365 copilot in Outlook to help with drafting emails but we have specific standards and guidelines including formats that need to be used.
