Hi everyone,
I am using the PVA by CSS and open with Chrome. Recently when I was using the PVA through Chrome, I found that sometime I chose an option button of a question but the flow repeated the same question again and I need to choose the option button one more time to process to next node. It didn't seem like a network issue as all the response from PVA are quite fast.
Any idea how to fix this?

It's not a normal process.
In that case, I recommend you to raise a ticket inside the Microsoft support team, they will be able to investigate it better and help you: https://powervirtualagents.microsoft.com/en-us/support
In meantime, try to reply to your bot questions slowly, if you reply too quickly, maybe can fail.
