Hi,

When the Canvas App is launched, the following actions are performed:

a Get user information (1 sec)
b Getting information about the user's transactions (2 sec)
c Getting information about objects (1 sec)
d Get user contact information (2 sec)
e Getting information about activities with the user and contacts (3 sec)

The total loading time is 9 seconds. How I can optimize to reduce loading to 6 seconds?

Hi,

all this actions are on App.OnStart property? Do you trying to put some of them in YourFirstScreen.OnVisible?

You can redevelop your app to use 'named formulas'. This can defer data retrieval operations until the app actually needs the data, and therefore improve the startup time.
