Is there any way to turn off a Copilot Studio topic in a managed solution (PRD env)?

Hi, one of the system topics has been causing trouble on PRD, throwing error messages to customers ("The bot can't talk for a while").
After turning this topic off on UAT and testing it, we decided to deploy this version to PRD in order to disable the topic in PRD as well.

However, after 2 deploys the topic was still enabled on PRD - while other (textual) changes in the other topics did come through.

My question is, is there any way we can turn this topic off in the PRD environment (as it is a managed solution)?

Thanks a lot!

    Hi @Haso,

Pretty weird! The only thing that comes to my mind is that you try to change Topic status manually on Dataverse, using the msdyn_ocsystemmessage table and updating the statuscode attribute for the "Multiple Topics Matched" topic.

    Hope it helps!

@fchopo thank you for your suggestion. I can't find topics in that table unfortunately...

Is there another table I would be able to find topics in?
I only find it back in the Agent components

    Thanks!

Have you tried by opening and trying to make changes through Default solution.

    Thanks.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

why you'd like to edit topics on a managed solution? Overall, it's not recommended. It should be edited in unmanaged one first, on Dev environment, and then transported to Prod.

In case of any other questions, let me know. If the answer helped you, mark it, so that others can benefit from it.

    Best regards,

Hello @Artur Stepniak, as mentioned in my description we did turn it off in the UAT environment and afterwards deployed this solution to PRD, multiple times. However, the topic was still turned on in PRD.
