I created a New Interface for a SharePoint List. I always make sure to change something like add a Label Header to the top of the Gallery so that I can save and see the publish icon.
When I returned to SharePoint and went to edit a record. I received a Lilliputian Interface for my form. I could figure a way to make it humanily readable.
After going into List Setting and Choosing the Default SharePoint Form. Then going back to the list and ensured the default form was working. Then, I went back to List Setting and Selected the Custom Form. List Setting wouldn't take my changes. It told me I had to publish the form. Then I went back to the list and chose to Customize the Form--yet again. Made a small change to the position of the Gallery--just so it would notice changes. Then, I saved and republished it.
All sanity broke out when the form finally appeared at the right size.
No good deed goes unpunished.
Gotta give you props for "Lilliputian Interface," that was good.
