No option for Rich Media on Message

Hi all,

So just began to use Power Virtual Agents (apologies in advance for the basic question) and this could massively benefit our company. I watched a video today where a user was demonstrating how to add rich media to a message (image 1) however the option doesn't appear for myself (image 2)

Could anyone advise where I am going wrong? Really appreciate your reply in advance 🙂
