PowerApps is showing a blank screen to a user when they open the app. The app was last published months ago, and so far they are the only user with this issue. The only difference is the user recently was given a new Windows 11 laptop to replace their older Windows 10 laptop. The app worked fine on the windows 10 laptop. We had the user try different browsers, made sure they can login to our Microsoft 365 tenant without issue, and we even cleared cache. I even went so far to reshare the app with the user, but it still only shows a blank screen for them.

Check if the user has the necessary permissions for all data sources used in the app.
Ensure that the new laptop's security settings or firewall are not blocking PowerApps.
Verify that the app is updated to the latest version, as older versions may have compatibility issues with Windows 11.
If the app uses any device-specific features, make sure those features are supported and enabled on the new laptop.
As a last resort, you might consider removing and re-adding the user's PowerApps license to refresh their access rights.
