Hello everyone
I created a form on powerapps portal where the user enters data after I want to recover this data stored in dataverse in several tables in a document in pdf format. how can i do this?
@gikido
You will need to use a power automate flow that retrieves the data from dataverse and generate the document using the works template connector and then convert to PDF.
Please check my blog post below it can give you an idea how to implement something similar.

Please note the article is using CDS connector you will need to use the dataverse connector in the same way.
Thank you for your reply.
I tried this method with the flow fill word when a row is added to the table at the dataverse level and I found two problems:
the first is that to fill the word document the data must be in the same table.
the second is that for multiple choice type columns when filling in the word document it only displays the value of the field in numerical form and not the choice.
It depends on your relationships but you can get data still from multiple tables and that would work.
For the optionset are you getting you can try something similar to below:
item()?['_createdby_value@OData.Community.Display.V1.FormattedValue']
thank you for your reply.
where i should put this code and what should i change in it. sorry but i am beginner and i need to know more details. thank you for your cooperation
Can you share your current flow how it looks like?
Have you been able to get the data from multiple tables?
Hello Mira_Ghaly
thank you for your reply
For the flow (choice column ) it ok the problem is resolved due to your help.
For data from multiple table I don't know how to do it yet, do you have a solution?
@Mira_Ghaly
Do you have any suggestions?
If you can elaborate more on the multiple tables I can help , there is no issue or limitation in the flow to retrieve data from multiple tables, so let me know exactly the issue and I can try to help
