Hello dear Community,
we´re trying to develop an App for our colleagues on the construction site.
Since they have a big amount of photos to shoot in one day,
which later need to be assigned with column infomation and a specific filename,
we built an app with canvas, using the phone version.
For adding the photos to the application, we used an attachement function (designated as datacardvalue) of a form.
For adding photos to the app, the function throws the user directly to the phone applications,
that are basically the camera itself and all potential gallery apps the phone has.
Our users would like to shoot multiple images at once or add multiple through the gallery app they´re using.
Unfortunately while selecting the camera they can only add one photo at a time;
same with the gallery applications of the phone. They can only select one photo at a time.
While testing the app on desktop there is the potential to add multiple images in one time,
but on the phone or tablet this potential is somehow declined.
We tried different gallery applications on the phones, but they´re all receiving the information to add just one selcted file.
Is there any option to give the phones the multiple selection feature,
that seems to be blocked by the Canvas App itself or the "datacardvalue"-element?
