PowerAppsHostingSdk error only on form tabs with Timeline control

I have a large model-driven app that's been deployed to a client. One user has been receiving the attached error message (PowerAppsHostingSdk) since the big outage at the end of October.
 
The most notable thing is that it's only occuring for one user. The second is that it only appears on tabs of forms with a timeline control. For example, when you load a contact record, the default tab is Summary (shown below), which does NOT have a timeline. When switching to Contact Details (which does have a timeline), it throws the error. This is true across both standard and custom tables.
 
The dev console didn't give me any additional error codes or messages.

    Anytime you have a single user impacted you have a few things in order
     
    1. Caching issue. Ask them to clear their cache and run in a new browser is possible and go incognito or private (to validate) after they clear their cache it should be good (make sure to clear all caches, browser/local) as Dataverse specifically uses these for items and its also the #1 reason that Power Automate will do something similar (happens to me) where I cannot load Power Automate as my local storage cache is corrupted.
     
    2. I highly doubt you changed anything security wise but that is #2
     
    Let me know if this doesn't help and we will move to phase 2
     
    oh, btw you can always run Live Monitor if 1 or 2 doesn't help (I think 1 will), so that you can capture better errors.
