Hi All...and happy new year!
I have used "creation date" field that I thought it was a way to track when the user of the APP input the data in my form.
On the opposite, it shows 31.12.2001. What should I use to track the creation date?

That is the InputTextPlaceholder, not the actual data field in the record (which appears to be blank)

I see that as DefaultDate is indicated: Parent.Default

As I mentioned, you need to delete the InputTextPlaceholder - it is nothing more than a guide for the user on how to input text and in the case of dates is confusing. If there is a date in the data field, it will show instead of it, but it appears there is no date in the field in the record you are displaying. What Mode is your Form in ?
No - not if the field in your data source is also a date.
The issue is that from what you have posted, any date in the connected field should display assuming that the Item of the Form relates to that record and your Form is in either Edit or View mode (which is why I asked about the Mode)
Th is going to be difficult if I cannot get some basic information from you as it should work with what you have posted. What is the Item property of the Form ?
Assuming your Form is in either View or Edit Mode, you can try on the Form Item
LookUp( 'Sales Qualified Leads Registration 2', ID = ListaDeals.Selected.ID )
but what you have already should display all the fields assuming you have selected the record from the gallery.
No changes... still it does not show the actual date. 😞

You have no values in any of the fields, so you seem to be displaying a blank record.
