Is there any way to get or to see a user message which called Escalate Topic?

    hi @T_TERADA are you trying to get the content of the message after the bot escalate the topic in the context of that conversation or are you looking for all messages that triggered the Escalate topic across multiple conversations/days (ie for reporting / analysis)?

    @remidyon ,

    Thank you for your reply.
    It's not for reporting purposes.

    Every time my bot responds to the user's message, I am showing a dialog asking the user to select "Continue" or "Exit". This is very frustrating for the user, as they will most likely choose "Continue" (but I want to keep the "Exit" button).

    (If the number of prompt display is set to "0")
    If the user types the following message instead of clicking the "continue" button, the escalate topic is called immediately. And if I can get user message on the escalate topic, I can handle to move on to the next step. But now I don't have any way to get the message, so I can't move forward.

    Any ideas?
    Regards,

    self reply.

    I noticed that I can use "LastMessage.Text" or "Recognizer.TrigeringMessage.Text" to get user message which raised escalating topic.

    What's the difference between these two system variables?

    Hello @T_TERADA , LastMessage.Text contains the last message where Recognizer.TrigeringMessage.Text contains the last message that triggered a topic.
