Powerapps not visible on iOS

I built a canvas app and shared it with internal (same domain) users. However, when they download the app for the phone from the Apple Store (iOS) or Google, and sign in, the app is not showing. Is there a setting I'm missing? It's working great on the laptop when they click the link I've shared with them. Just not the mobile device.

Thanks!

    Hi @tjtaylor

Can the shared App be found on the Web PowerApps? How did you share the App with users?

On PowerApps native player for iOS, any app shared with the user or with the organization should be visible in "All Apps". I just made a test, the shared App can be shown properly.

Please try to select "All apps" list to see if the shared app is here.

From the published PowerApps, I selected Share, added their email and sent an invite. They got the invite and can open the link via a website. However, if they go into the portal and select PowerApps, they cannot see it there. They also cannot see the shared app from  their iOS device when they select All Apps.

    Hi @tjtaylor,

Did you share the app with users individually or the security groups? What is the user‘s license?

I just made a test, the shared apps can be found in Web PowerApps and iOS client properly.

If you don't see the apps you're looking for, please confirm whether the right environment is selected. You can also log in to Dynamics 365 Home to find the shared apps.

If the user cannot find the Environment, please first add the user, then assign security roles in Power Apps Admin center.

If you're a GCC client, you may need to set the Region to see the apps.  On the PowerApps login screen, at the bottom right corner, you'll see the setup gear.  Click that and make sure your Region is set correctly.  Took me forever to find this!

If your email is a work email and is is associated with the government you need to change your region in the mobile app and selecting the setting button when you first download the app

I had the same problem. Then I just deleted the app from my iphone, downloaded again, logged-in and the the app appeared ;).
