Hi All
I created a bot that points to a website. I must say the answers I was getting were generally speaking pretty good.
The level of moderation I went for was Medium.
I have not touched my bot for a couple of weeks and now the answers to the same questions are not good.
The website has not changed nor has the level of moderation. So, how can it be that questions that the chatbot was getting right it is now getting them wrong?
I am fairly new to this so excuse me if the answer to my question is something obvious that I just can't see.

Is it that it’s not answering or that the answer is incorrect or poorly worded?
do you have some examples you could share, and some conversation ids? ( you can type “/debug conversationid” to get that)
