Convert calculated field stored as day value in SharePoint List to hh:mm

I have a SharePoint list that records people's start and finish time for a shifts, and records the difference between the two dates as a day like so:

I would like to display these values in Sum a sum function in a PowerApp, but displaying as 08:00, rather than a decimal representing days, as below. Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you.

    Sharepoint calculated columns are not quite reliable in relation with PowerApps. So I wonder why don’t calculate the difference between two times values in powerapps directly. There is a function to do it:

    DateDiff(StartTime,EndTime,Hours)
