Building a flow to add records to a queue

I've been attempting to assign a record created in Powerapps to queue that i created. How would i go about to achieve this?

 

This is an example of the layout of the form

based on some threads i've seen, i started creating a flow, but not to sure where to go from here:

Also, if there's another way to route the record to a queue without having to run a flow, that would work too.

 

Any suggestions are welcome.

    Hi @Girl_24 ,

     

    You can use workflow to achieve your requirement.

    https://powerobjects.com/crm2011/assign-owner-and-route-case-to-queue-using-workflow-in-dynamics-crm/

     

    You can also use flow to create record in queue item entity instead of using Addtoqueue action.

    You can directly use 'AddToQueue' in Flow step 'Perform a bound action' with table name Queues. You just have to retrieve the correct queue id and pass it to Row ID : 71986a29-81f2-4770-9bbb-148892eb2653

    and pass Target in this format: /contacts/81986a29-81f2-4770-9bbb-148892eb2632
