Hi, in the top level view of my Model Driven App:

My user is asking if there is a way to add a column into the view, which would serve as an indicator, to say if there have been any comments added to the Timeline?

Todo that you will need to customiza power apps grid. With Power Apps component framework you can do that.

You will be able to customize the view. Another approach is to create a custom page to create a grid to include the new column too.
