I have a case management table, when I am open a case on form , I would like to see the similar cases from same table on same form

On Case Form I would like to see
Case Information
Related Cases

Hello, @VenkatC, You can use the SubGrids controls to show related data in the Model-Driven App Forms.

Here is the documentation for how you can do this.

Is it out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 Customer Service? If so, you can view similar cases based on the documentation below.

If it is the custom case table, how are you going to define the Related cases? If you are going set it manually, you can create N:N relationship with the the same Case and show in the subgrid to link the related records.
