How to Save files in Bot Framework Composer

I'm new to Chatbots and MS Bot Framework Composer. I've installed Bot Framework Composer v2.1.2. In composer I was able to upload jpg image but when I tried to upload .pdf or .docx files, I get an error saying it's wrong file type. But when I upload a .jpg, I can see the uploaded file in webchat window. I set the Output format to all in Composer but still getting an error when I try to to view the uploaded .pdf or .docx file by clicking on contentUrl. Is this something can be done from Composer or I need to do it in Visual Studio using Bot Framework SDK? I also read that you can send a PDF, but you cannot send a local fie. It has to be uploaded to some intermediate server(storage) somewhere or encoded before saving in SharePoint. Is it true?

Second question: how do I save the uploaded files in SharePoint.

I haven't seen a detailed step by step documentation (in c#) from start to finish anywhere so if anyone knows, please let me know. Thanks
