ImportDataBase table

Hi, I am facing some issues with storage in dataverse. I imported some data which was in excel/csv format to my dataverse tables. These excel files had a roughly total size of 8GB. Now I am facing storage overcapacity warning from Dataverse. Upon investigation, I see a table called as "ImportDataBase" which has a size of around 45GB. I cannot find this table anywhere and I would like to delete it to reclaim some space.

I have the same question (0)

     1.Go to advanced settings from make.powerapps.com

    2. Settings -> Data Management

    3.  Click on Imports - > Select your Imported files and click Delete -> Delete Source Files

    This will reduce your ImportBaseLog file , Please note that this will be reflected after 24 hours in the admin center.

    I just can imagine how long import file preparation was taken. My god. 8GB data through the standard importing. No way.

    Hi @Mira_Ghaly Thank you for posting this solution. I have tried this but all I see is an empty list. I have all the required accesses but I don't see anything when I browse to this location.

    Is there any other location to look for?

    I see following in the System Jobs. But when It does not show "Delete Import Source File" option here

    Hi @Anton_Dali_UKR . This job was performed by someone else. I might have chosen a SQL Server on Azure. However, I have to clean up the space as of now.

    Hi @Mira_Ghaly I was able to resolve the issue following your advise. All I had to do was select "All Imports" by clicking on the chevron next to "My Imports" since this job was initiated by another user.

    Hi all, I know how to go to Advanced Settings --> Settings --> Data Management --> Imports.

    However, what I would like to know is which dataverse physical table (table name) that stores the list of records in the "My Imports" above?

    Each import job could result in partial failures. What I would like to do is to automate the process so I could re-submit the records from partial failures.

    I can see all the import mapping is stored in the "importmap" table. However, I have not been able to locate and/or narrow down dataverse table that store values of "My Imports" as shown in the UI above.
