Hi everyone,
The "Conversational boosting" topic in my bot is broken on Teams. Every time I make a question related to a generative answer I get "Sorry, something unexpected happened. We’re looking into it. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: a:1ZzTAtiY..." .
I've also encountered the error recently on most of my copilot. I hope this error will be resolved soon.
Getting the same error in teams. Demo site work fine.
Same error for me also. Response seems to work if the reference is a website, but error's when referencing an uploaded pdf
Same here - Only occurs when using Generative AI answers from a connected SharePoint site. I have a ticket open with support and will report back here if anything interesting comes of it.
Please let us know what they say, I just recently started having this issue and there doesn't seem to be a fix available. At least I haven't found one via searching, Thanks!
Will do. So far, a rep has offered this article: Re: PVA Bot not responding in Teams - Page 3 - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)
We already have the settings discussed in this thread enabled, though (manual auth with the appropriate API scopes on the app in Entra). Sent a few images of our authentication and channel settings, and registered application's config. Hope to resolve soon and selfishly glad that I'm not the only one encountering this. 😅
Spoke with a rep by phone today. They asked if I would configure SSO for the Teams Channel using the steps in this guide:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/configure-sso-teams
The same error occurred with SSO enabled, though. Will report back here if we make progress in resolving the issue.
I have been getting the same error from uploaded documents as well. I removed all documents and spent 3 days trying to reupload. Managed to upload a document yesterday but indexing in progress is so slow and often errors out. It does appear to have been a change made by MS last weekend as my Teams BOT was working perfectly prior to this.
It seems to have started working for me in Teams. Hopefully it stays like that.
