A team has created Power Apps forms in SharePoint Online, but external users are receiving "Sorry, we didn't find that app" error. I was told that all users are required to have a Power Apps license to be able to use the forms. The external user has their own orgs license. Also, the developer mentioned he was able to use his personal account to access the forms successfully.
Need some clarification and help on who can and can't use Power Apps forms.
