Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hi,

I'm quite new to power apps and power platform so bear with me.

We have a flow in power automate that sends an e-mail to the customer if you press a certain button. It's 3 blocks so quite a simple flow.

We have the same flow for 5 of our departments, but one of the departments keeps getting errors:

Actie Send_an_email_(V2) is mislukt: REST API is not yet supported for this mailbox. This error can occur for sandbox (test) accounts or for accounts that are on a dedicated (on-premise) mail server.

This also happens in our sandbox, depending on with which e-mail we log in, which seems strange because it uses another e-mail to actually send the e-mails.

As far as i'm aware none of the e-mails even have an actual working e-mail, they're like used as an API? (might be my lack of experience in the field), but the others seem to work fine. Anyone has any suggestions where to look?
