Working with Dataverse choice columns in a power app gallery filter

I'm using the following code currently to display items in a gallery...

As you can see, I get a delegation warning on the "Text" part of the formula.

TicketStatus is a choice column in a Dataverse table. I've done this in SharePoint withOUT the "Text" function.

I've had great difficulty trying to work with the Dataverse choice columns. Any input, or learning resources that can help would be greatly appreciated!

@rkirk2k , please try this instead:

    TicketStatus <> [@TicketStatus].Completed

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Global Choice : TicketStatus.Completed   [here ticketstatus is globalchoice name example:choicecategories in below pic]

    LocalChoice: 'TicketStatus (Tablename)'.Completed

the difference is that sharepoint choice column value is text but when it comes dataverse its an option set.

so in sharepoint it works without text but in dataverse either You need to use text or you need to get optionset value TicketStatus.Completed

Please click Accept as solution and Thumbs Up. if my post helped you solve your issue. This will help others find it more readily. It also closes the item. If the content was useful in other ways, please consider giving it Thumbs Up.
