Usage of MS Whiteboard in Canvas App

Hello Experts,

I’m currently developing a meeting notes canvas app in Power Apps and would appreciate your insights. Is it possible to integrate Microsoft Whiteboard within a canvas app, or retrieve board data/information from Whiteboard into the app?

Unfortunately, no, there is no connector or specific Api's to do this from a canvas apps

You could embed into a Model-driven app via a web resource though. But you couldn't go "get" the information about it. Not in how you ask no. Also you can look at Teams as well.

Not the answer you probably want.

Hi @Michael E. Gernaey, thank you for response! I'm intrigue on how can I integrate the Whiteboard on Model-driven Apps, do you have any resources/tutorial I can look at?

I want to make sure I was clear its not embedding the properties, but embedding the actual App Ui via the Link to a specific Whiteboard.

Also, they are migrating to a new security model and Ui and so far have not stated that it will continue to work.

give me a day to see if I can verify if it will still be supported and show you either way
