Licensing seems not working

Hey,

 

I have shared a second app with a user in my company. All the apps use only standard connectors and therefore have the license design Standard. See also picture.

The user has assigned an Office 365 E5 licence and had no problems with the first app I shared. When he tries to open the second app, he gets the following message: "You need a current plan or trial version to use PowerApps"

 

Does anyone have can help me here?
