Problemas con formulario de power apps

tengo un formulario en power apps donde tengo +40 cards pertenecientes a un origen de datos x, el problema es que este formulario se debe llenar por etapas y lo que hago es mostrar y ocultar columnas dependiendo las etapas y organizado de manera vertical x2 columnas
 
siendo esta la primera etapa
 
esta la segunda
 
esta la tercera, pero acá está el inconveniente y es que no me lo organiza correctamente NOTA: Ya intenté organizarlo desde la vista de árbol del formulario.

    Please elaborate on what you mean by not organised properly.
    I assume you are setting a Variable to show/hide the required Data Cards- I am guessing that when you hide the desired Data Cards, you are not hiding the entire row and expect Power Apps to reorganise the visible cards ? If so, this does not happen (a whole row needs to he hidden) - or is it something else you are taklking about ?
