Combine approvers responses in single response email

I am trying to send a single email message to the responder of an automate sequence using a form to start for PTO approval messages.
 
Currently in my flow it sends an individual email for every approval and the associated response comments.
 
I would like to combine all response comments, if there are any, into a single approval email to the responder who filled out the approval form.
 
This is the flow I have built:

    Combine approvers responses in single response email

    Hi,

    The current trigger setup only captures a single response. To gather multiple responses, I recommend entering each response into a SharePoint list. Once all responses are recorded, you can compile them and send a consolidated email.
