hey!

I have created a bot in copilot studio. That is behaving unexpectedly since today morning.

Thumbs up and thumbs down icons added to every message, card , button groups.

There was no change in the code.

I see this happening in other bots too.

Same here, didnt change anything from yesterday. Seems to be a Microsoft update but cant find how to disable it.

I spotted that too. It makes sense on generative messages and some declarative messages but ideally we need a way to turn it off by default, then turn on at node level (for declarative messages) where it makes sense. User's feedback using the icons can be found in the ConversationTranscript content.

Have you already found a setting with which you can switch this off?
Tried a lot, but nothing was working for me.

Has anyone worked out how to remove these thumbs?

The Microsoft Copilot Studio documentation advice is wrong!

I've spent a few days searching and trying different things - no solution thus far.

Found this as a bug in Copilot Studio! Seems like they have moved it in production without fixing it!

Edit your url to https://copilotstudio.preview.microsoft.com/<exisiting-link>and here navigate to Settings > Generative AI > User Feedback > Turn off the toggle.
