Hi,

I'm starting Power Virtual Agent with trial plan. When creating a new bot, a new topic, then at the 1st step entering the Trigger phrase and the response, after Save, checker passed, I cannot Test the bot. Always gave me "Send failed"

I saw a bunch of similar problem in this topic, but it seems no certain answer.

I tried to go to Home, then Got to Topics, my topic then Go to authoring canvas, but the problem persist.

Anything wrong ? anywhere I should check ?

Hi,

an update, same as some other, I tried in different network, it is succeeded. So it is something to do with my organisation blocking, But wondering how to detect this and know exactly where is the blocking ?

Hi @Voltes ,

Normally this issue is related to the chatbot error, like an issue when you create a new chatbot.

I recommend you to add a new chatbot and try it again.

And another recommendation is that you can wait for some minutes and try again, maybe will work normally.

Hello,

Unfortunately, creating a new bot does not work.

I tried to connect with mobile network, it works. But when I switch on the company network, it does not work anymore.
I'm wondering what block the chatbot.

I was thinking about the port that must be open to make it work. But I can't see any topic on this.

Any suggestions ?
