Hello:
I am building a Power Automate flow that copies a renamed version of a file to a new location in OneDrive for Business. I noticed that when sharing the flow, it is still connected to my OneDrive account. I want to share the flow in a way that another user can select the file that they want to copy from their OneDrive account and the folder that they want the copy to be saved to (including shared folders, if possible).
What would be the best way to implement this?
Thank you.
Hi @AH-CSUCI ,
Yeah. Another way is that you can save a copy of the flow and share it with users as co-owner if you don't have permission to access their folder. The user can find the flow in the 'shared with me' tab. And then he can do something fine-tuning such as choose his connection instead of your connection ,choose his folder path... and then save the flow.
The benefit is that you can create a scheduled flow for them, which can reduce time, training costs.

OK, so if I want to share the logic of the flow with a user, it would be best to just have them build it and guide them through the process of doing so?
Hi @AH-CSUCI ,
A scheduled flow can have only one connection per action because it's not trigger by user.

Hello,
The trigger to my flow is a weekly recurrence to run every Monday morning.
