Hi I am creating an approval form in powerapps and have a list in sharepoint and a document library.  How do I link the Status field from the vltest list to the Document library.  The attachments are coming fro the vltest list from a microsoftflow.  I'm not sure if this is a microsoft flow question or powerapps question in order to solve this.

    Hi,

I am not sure I understood the Flow (Power Automate) part, do you upload the attachments to the Document Library using a flow?

If yes, you can add a new column to the library and use an update action in Power Automate to set the Approval value.

Another option will be to use the Content approval capabilities from SharePoint, please check this link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/dev/business-apps/power-automate/guidance/require-doc-approval

Please watch these videos that explain you on how to tag the attachments that are going to a document library from SPlist via a flow.

Hi everyone. I am actually trying to connect 2 flows together.  I only want the document to be created if the final approval has been approved.  If it hasn't, I do not want the document to be created.  I tried the below which does move the file from the list to the document library.  However, it does this even if the final approval is rejected which I don't want to happen.  I only want it to move if the approval was approved.  What am I missing?
