Power Apps form

I am redesigning an InfoPath form and trying to use PowerApps(using customized forms using power apps). There are fields on the form that I am not transferring to a SP library. I am facing a challenge to convert the form to a file format that I can use and create a new record in the SP library while populating metadata. Has anyone done something similar or can someone help in solving the problem?

@Anonymous what do you mean by 'file format'? Could you describe in more detail what you are trying to achieve?
