I know we worked on some App crashes a few months ago and although we did not have too many crashes ever since, we started seeing them again.

Although they are not as frequent as earlier, we're beginning to see them and it is really worrysome as we have rolled out more apps at differnt locations.

Crashes is the same as last time, its a gray screen with a frowny face. Attached.

Can this be investigated?

@Cybersurfer411 This is the message I recieved back from one of our team members:

Michael:

I don't recognize the crash screen that the user is posting

and there is nothing that is immediately sticking out to me in the session logs

So I need to reach out to someone else to see if we can get some more insight on this. @Anonymous

@Cybersurfer411, can you tell me more about the data you're pulling into your app? Approximately how many rows are you bringing into the app and how often are you collecting data?

Do you have delay loading disabled?

Could you provide browser console logs (F12)?

Hi, We're pulling less than 20 total rows but we have multiple galleries that include pictures (icons). We're collecting data everry 3 minutes.

Delayed loading is enabled. Do we need to disable it? can you also please recommend which options in Advanced features need to be checked (or not) as the App has multiple galleries pulling data every 3 minutes? I will try to provide browser logs. thank you.

How are the images stored? Are they URLs or are their bits stored directly in a table?

We still have occassional issues with App crashes but we are working over a couple of recommendations that Microsoft provided. We will need to wait and see how well the recommendations work.
