Hi,

I have a Subgrid in my Multistep form, I have created Metadata to configure the Subgrid's 'Create', 'View Details' & 'Edit' options through Portal Management. When I click on the Create button on my Subgrid, it is taking me to the form to fill in, but after clicking Submit, am not able to see the list of the records I have created in the Subgrid. However, I am able to see this list in my Model-driven App associated with the Portal. Does anyone know why I'm able to see my subgrid list in my Model-driven App, but not on the site?

This is my Subgrid with the Create button.I have created records but it still shows there are no records to display...

When I click on Create, it takes me to the form on another page...

But the record I created shows on my Model driven App even though it doesnt show in the form...

Most likely you do not have the Table permissions configured correctly.

Does your Portal user have a Table Permission with Read access? for testing (but not for final use) setup a Table Permission with scope=Global with  Read on the Table in the subgrid and assign it to a Web Role being used by your Portal user - sync your portal and then see if you can see something

Also check the criteria on the View that is set for the subgrid to make sure it is not filtering out the records.

Thank you so much @Fubar ! Sorry for the delayed reply. Yes, table permission was the issue, I tried what you had suggested and now I'm able to see the list!
