Thoughts on where to even start?

Hello everyone.

I've tried to learn power apps off and on for about eight months.  The struggle is, learning  power apps is not in my "highest and best use" of time but the power apps I could make could really streamline my job so that I'm able to do more that is my highest and best use of time.  So, I've watched  videos, tried to dabble here and there, but I'm far from proficient and have yet to actually create an app.

What I've wanted to do for over a year is have an app that serves as an employee check-in process.  These used to be your typical annual performance review but we check-in on a monthly or quarterly basis depending on the employee level.

I really want the app to be able to be an input for both the employee and the employees manager to enter feedback on how things are going and feature:

* A submit button when both employee and manager have submitted their answers, that kick the answers to me for final review

* A "Approved" button I can click once I've reviewed the answers that then sends them either a PDF or somehow allows them visibility into their answers so they can have a 1:1 and review them together

* The ability for different questions to be asked based on which employee level you are at and whether you are the employee or the manager

* Ideally have it accessible from Teams

To me, this seems insanely complicated and I'm not sure its even feasible.  If it is, I don't have a clue where to even start.

Not asking for someone to build it for me, just would very much appreciate suggestions on where to begin for something like this.

Thank you!

@jcs79 I think some basic understanding and training could help you with something like this. Have you checked out the Mircrosoft learning paths for building Power Apps? They have fantastic documentation and many learning paths that will get you where you need to be.

You can also search YouTube for MVP's like Shane Young, Reza Dorrani. Also check out Matthew Devaney - No Ads, No Fluff, Just Power Apps Stuff

I really like your determination to learn. And you can, with all of these great resources!

Oh man, MS Learning is another bane in my existence!  But that is a different story altogether.  Thank you for these links, does this seem doable then?
