Permission denied due to missing ACL

Hi Team,
I have this app which is running well until I released an update after which I have certain users who are unable to write to the list through the app.
I keep getting "error when trying to retrieve data from the network: Error from token exchange" But when I check the users have all permissions required to write to the list.

For the rest of the users, the application is running well
Any help!

We had this issue for our Azure Blob, issue wasn't present in Dev or UAT and only happened when pushing to production. The fix in the end was to untick the 'preload app for enhanced performance' in the settings of the app.

Seems like the App & authentication has a mismatch as one was being preloaded after a deployment.
