PowerApps Connection Based on Changes Made to Sharepoint List Name or Site Name

I have a SharePoint list which is connected to PowerApps.

 

Now, I want to rename the SharePoint site name and list name which is connected to PowerApps. If I make any changes to SharePoint site name and list name will my PowerApps which is connected to that SharePoint stops working? 

Will I be able to find to the newly added columns or lists in PowerApps if I make changes to Sitename and list name?
