Hi Everyone,
I'm interested to ground my Copilot off of a bunch of documents on a Microsoft List and based on the question, I'd like Copilot Studio to generate an appropriate response based on the documents and then also link any applicable document underneath the answer. Is there a way in the Microsoft List itself to add a column to tag the key trigger phrases for each document in the list and then connect the Copilot to connect to these topic trigger phrases to reference the content in those documents for it's answer and link each relevant one?
Hi @agradychandler ,
I've never used Generative AI with Microsoft Lists, probably will not be included in the current classic release as Microsoft is using only SharePoint and OneDrive files. But with the updates after the MS Build 2024, you will be able to use Knowledge Sources where you can pass different parameters to your custom data sources.
If you can't achieve this only using Knowledge Sources, try to implement the validation via Content Moderation in your topic action, where you could include and customize your prompt.
Note: The GenAI feature generally is getting the file content and not file metadata. If you have another scenario, you need to do this, check the Knowledge Sources or raise your idea here if you have a limitation on this: https://aka.ms/pva/community/ideas
