Can AI builder handle around 2000 different invoice types?

Hi everyone, 

 

I'm building an AI model using Invoices, using some default invoice fields and one custom table.

 

The model is to cater to handle 2000+ different document types, and also include retraining as it can expect more invoice types in the future. Has anyone done an AI build in similar capacity? 

I understand AI builder has a limit of 200 collections, and I am separating layouts between collections for training. 

Want to hear from you if you have any similar experiences.

    At that point I’d much rather use OCR & GPT to extract data from any format/style without training
