I have a bot where user can search data for organization.

If user gives either organization id or organization name in input text it should be fine and i should be able to recognize whether user has provided organization id or organization name and find out organization details.

how do i know user has provided organization id or organization name?

I can't figure out how it can be done within a single topic? can somebody help

    Hi @GauravJ1

For this, you should explore the concept of entities.

You can find more about them here: Slot filling best practices - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn

There's a good video on Natural Language Understanding in Copilot Studio: Natural Language Understanding 101 - Copilot Studio (youtube.com)
