Users Table Vs Microsoft Entra ID Table

Hello everyone,

The Users table in Dataverse only syncs licensed users. Working with Users table lookups does not show all available users of the company.

We have a table with a lot of Users/Lookup fields, and the only workaround we found is to replace all Users lookups with MS Entra ID Lookups.

Is there a simple way to sync all non-licensed users in the Users table? If not,

Are there any limitations with the Entra ID table? I know that two years ago, the AAD User was not available for Power Automate and threw errors when trying to update a lookup field in a custom table.

After testing, it's not the case anymore.

Do you know of other limitations that I should consider before recreating all lookups? FYI, I have more than 20 Users fields in my table.

You can use the below graph endpoint.

I assigned every user in the tenancy the license:

    Microsoft Power Automate Free

which is an odd license as it does not do much (Approvals I think is about all), except it adds them to DataVerse.

This is how I get all tenancy users into the DataVerse support app.
