Microsoft Bulletin articles not visible to team members

Hi Microsoft Power Automate Community,

Myself and a few others in my team are "owners" of our teams channel. We have the bulletins app embedded within our channel to deliver internal communication to the rest of the members in our teams channel.

For us owners of the team, the bulletin articles we draft up, save and then publish, seem to be successfully published and visible under their categories in the homepage. However, I recently received feedback that members of our teams channel cannot see any of the articles under their categories on the homepage but can only see the articles that are "featured". Some even stated that they have access to our back end "manage bulletins" tab, and are able to see our articles in draft (however they cannot make any edits). This is really not ideal that members can not only see our draft articles but nothing else on the homepage unless we "feature" the articles.

I was hoping someone from this community group can assist with this problem, as my team are hoping to transition into bulletins as our main platform for internal communications.

Thanks.

I have the exact same problem and cannot find any solutions online.  Please share if you get an answer to this.  Thanks!

I'm not sure if you found the solution, but, what I've learned is:

    1. The Bulletins App and Manage Bulletins app are a pair installed by the Bulletins 'creator' in Team 1.

    2. The creator then 'shares' the created Bulletins (not the "Manage Bulletins) with Team 2.

    3. Members from the Team 2 are then supposed to add the shared Bulletin created within Team 1 to their list of apps from 'more apps-->Built for your org.

    4. They'll then be able to view it as viewers.

    5. Anyone who is on the Team 1 (where the creator actually created the Bulletins and updates it via Manage Bulletins) also apparently has a 'creator' view. That's why they can see it in draft.

I've been stuck at the "Built for your org" step. I don't have that option so, despite sharing with another Team (of which I am also a member) for testing purposes, I can't add it from "more apps" and, hence, can't view it.
