Copilot Studio Unable to Manage Connections

Has anyone ever run into this issue where you're unable to manage your copilot connections? Kinda stuck since I can't manage them at all. There are no error codes or errors in any of the connections I have

Tried clearing browser history, cache, cookies etc.

Tried deleting and reconnecting connection from POwer Automate side

I click on the following:

And it opens the page below:

Yes, I've actually gone to Power Automate and reconnected everything and it still didn't fix it.

Can you to go powerapps.com or powerautomate.com and go to the Connections (under Connections or More... COnnections) and take a look at them there. See if you can figure out what the heck is going on by recreating them or re-connecting them.
