I can see that you are using two triggers in the flow. 1. from a powerapp control and 2. when an item is created or modified. Please note that you can/should use only one trigger in a flow. So now that you want to trigger the flow from the SP list item, you can remove both th triggers and use the " When an item is Selected in SharePoint" trigger for this.
